From the moment I walked into the store on a coincidence till the completion of my flooring project, it was such a positive experience and I truly honestly can’t thank them enough. I can only say that through the entire process I was guided on purchase, flooring quality and Joan was such a great help with all of any questions and Richard was only a phone call away and on site basically every day through the install and completion. There demo personnel were extremely efficient and cleaned up everything. Thoughtful and respectful of my home. The instillation team of Nick, Connor and Oscar were outstanding!! Their team was timely, always responded to any questions and upon completion the house was left Clean an all furniture was put back undamaged exactly where they got it from.
